I'm not sure I trust even an Imperial Agent file on Kaliyo. But it would be a best guess.
We're not even given enough information about Jedi/Sith training, Imperial education, or the Republic military to do more than a best guess on character ages for those classes. And people's best guesses aren't going to agree.(Bounty Hunters and Smugglers really could be just about any age.)
